Hi, I'm Michele. I'm a Mental Health, Wellbeing and Personal Development Therapist, specialising in Youth & Young Adults. Using a combination of my Counselling, Coaching, Mentoring & Chaplaincy skills, I offer a faith-based holistic approach in supporting adolescents through their many trials and tribulations.

Life can be hard, especially in these turbulent times. However, there is no issue so big, that it cannot be overcome. I truly believe that. I know life is difficult, but I am here to help. I specialise in helping people see beyond their past to a future filled with purpose and a clear sense of identity.

I can assist with conquering current challenges, making positive choices and growing in confidence, which lead to a brighter and more positive future. I have a passion in seeing youth and young adults become the very best version of themselves. I'm here to help guide, encourage, empower, inspire, and equip. I'll help you find direction, confidence, hope, clarity and mental freedom. I truly believe that given the right support, everyone has the capacity to thrive.

You might need someone to help you make decisions. You might need someone to talk things over with. You might need someone help you look beyond your past and see the positive and potential in you. You are not your past. You might need someone to support you as you work through a confusing time in your life.
