Principle 1
To act ethically and morally to the benefit of my client in mind.
Principle 2
To make truthful and honest statements to my clients and in all marketing materials. 
Principle 3
To always maintain a professional relationship with my clients, and to not allow that relationship to cross into inappropriate territory.
Principle 4
To resolve conflicts of interest when working with my clients. Discuss conflicts of interest openly. Remove myself from the coaching/counselling relationship if these conflicts of interest cannot be resolved.
Principle 5
Recognize any personal issues I may have which are affecting my work. Take measures to protect and serve my clients by taking breaks from providing coaching/counselling or referring clients to other coaches/counselling if I am incapacitated due to personal issues.
Principle 6
Be sure to explain the nature of coaching/counselling to clients and what they can expect in their sessions with me.
Principle 7
Respect the client’s right to terminate coaching/counselling with me.
Principle 8
Encourage client to take responsibility for their actions and choices.
Principle 9
Respect the strictest confidentiality of my clients which means I do not release or share any private information related to my clients unless required by law. The only reasons to violate confidentiality are if my client is going to harm themselves or other people and I fear for someone’s life.

Continue to develop my professional skills.
Principle 11
To pray for my clients.
