TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WEBSITE AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED

Cancellation Fees & Charges
Fees and charges for any products and services provided by Michele Gower are subject to change.  All active clients will be notified of any changes either in writing or over the phone, prior to their next therapy session.  All therapists who deliver sessions are entitled to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with this Legal Statement.  These fees are structured as follows;

• Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation or a change of time or date will result in a 50% charge of the allocated cost

• Failure to show up for your booked appointment will result in a 100% charge of the allocated cost, or if it has been prepaid, no refunds will be provided

As therapists we appreciate that there may be some unforseen circumstances and we hope that it is nothing too serious.  It will be at the discretion of your therapist whether or not they charge you a fee as outlined above.  Often clients are merely postponing a therapy session and this will be taken in to consideration at the time.  Ideally we would love 48 hours notice wherever possible and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
