Do you know why I love helping young people like you? Because you are unique. You challenge me. You are fun. You usually have no idea of how truly awesome you are (and I'm yet to meet a young person who isn't!). You can be brutally honest. You want to make this world a better place. You are authentic...and I LOVE authentic.

We're often led to believe that if you have a 'mental health issue' then there is something wrong with you, and this is just who you are. This is not true. We all go through hard times in our lives, and that's what it is...a hard time. If you need support in any of the following ways, please come and have a chat with me.
